What this is

vlipa.dev is run by vlipa, a software studio. It offers a workspace for companies and a personal account with an assistant and a mailbox on it. Using any of it means these terms apply. Questions: contact@vlipa.dev.

Your account

• You need to be 16 or older.
• The address you sign up with should be one you can actually receive mail at, and the password should be yours alone.
• What happens under your account is your responsibility. If you think somebody else is in it, write to us.
• One person, one account. Sharing an account is how a team loses track of who did what.

What stays yours

Everything you put in: your tasks, tables, messages, documents, code and mail. vlipa claims nothing over it, uses it for nothing beyond running the service for you, and hands it to nobody except the providers named in the privacy page, who process it to answer that request.

The site and its software remain vlipa's.

What you connect

Connecting Gmail or GitHub gives vlipa permission to act as you, within the scopes shown on Google's or GitHub's own consent screen and no further. That permission is yours to withdraw: Disconnect on the page, or from your account at the provider. Nothing is sent from your mailbox and nothing is committed to your repositories except by a button you press.

The assistant

Vlipa is a language model. It is confident and it is sometimes wrong, and neither of those facts depends on the other. Read what it writes before it goes anywhere, and check anything that would matter if it were wrong — a figure, a date, an address, a commit. Where it was not given a fact it writes [blank] rather than inventing one; that is a habit, not a guarantee.

What not to do with it

• No unlawful use, and nothing that harasses, defrauds or impersonates somebody.
• No bulk or unsolicited mail. The mailbox is for your correspondence, not for a campaign.
• Nothing that attacks the service or anybody else's account, and no attempt to reach data that is not yours.
• No reselling the service as your own.
• No working around the limits published in the documentation.

What is not promised

The service is provided as it is, without warranty. It is a small studio's software running on somebody else's infrastructure: it can be down, a provider can rate-limit it, a free model can refuse to answer, and a feature can change. To the extent the law allows, vlipa is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and its total liability is limited to what you paid for the service in the three months before the claim.

Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose. Vlipa Studio projects travel as a zip, tables export as CSV, and your mail is in Gmail where it always was.

Ending it

You can stop at any time: disconnect what you connected, delete what you put in, and write to us to have the account removed. vlipa may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and will say why.

Changes

These terms can change. The date at the top changes with them, and a change that matters is told to anybody with an account before it takes effect.

Which law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction over anything that cannot be settled by writing to each other first.
